This tool helps cultivators identify potential pathogen threats by analyzing symptoms observed in crops. Based on the selected symptoms, TUMI Genomics provides recommendations for the most relevant tests to diagnose plant health issues.

How to Use the Symptom Gallery

Method 1

Select symptoms from the list of checkboxes at the top of the page. Once you’ve chosen all relevant symptoms, click Search to see the potential pathogen.

Method 2

Scroll through the gallery and click on images that match your observed symptoms - selected images will have a green border. Once all relevant images are selected, click Search to view the potential pathogen.
