TUMI Genomics accepts no responsibility or liability for the origin, traceability, quality, or condition of samples prior to receipt by the laboratory, any of which may compromise the quality or accuracy of results generated.

While TUMI Genomics provides assay validation documentation for all offered tests, results are generated under the conditions and limitations described therein. No warranty is given that results will be identical to those obtained by independent methods, regulatory bodies, or third-party laboratories.

Results provided by TUMI Genomics are intended to complement, not replace, the advice of an appropriately qualified plant pathologist, agronomist, or cannabis industry professional. Any action taken upon the information in this report — including but not limited to crop management, treatment, or regulatory submissions — is strictly at your own risk. TUMI Genomics shall not be held liable for any regulatory determinations, findings, or decisions that differ from those indicated in this report.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS: All tests, assays, and testing services sold by TUMI Genomics are final. Once purchased, tests may not be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded, whether or not the test has been used or results have been generated. By purchasing, the client acknowledges and accepts that no credit or refund will be issued for unused, partially used, or completed tests. In addition, any biological samples submitted to TUMI Genomics become the property of TUMI Genomics upon receipt and will not be returned to the client.
